• Shipping and Delivery

Please use the guidelines below to understand our shipping and delivery terms. We currently ship to the following countries:

– Netherlands and Belgium (1-2 business days)
– EU Countries, UK, Norway, and Switzerland (2-3 business days)
– US and Canada (3-5 business days)
– Japan and South Korea (3-5 business days)
– Rest of the World (5-7 business days)

All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed and processed promptly. In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Out-of-stock items typically require 2-3 weeks for processing. You'll receive a tracking number upon shipment.

• Shipping Costs

- Netherlands and Belgium: € 4.95; free for orders over € 75
- Other EU Countries, UK, Norway, and Switzerland: € 10; free for orders over € 100
- US, Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Rest of the World: € 30; free for orders over € 100. This includes all taxes for the US and UK; additional customs duties may apply elsewhere.

• Returns

If you're not fully satisfied, items may be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that custom-made products are non-returnable. Once your refund request has been approved, the refund amount will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the exact timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
